In November 2023, Loews Vanderbilt Hotel opened its new 1,963-square- foot state-of-the-art gym – Tune Fitness Studio, which is a play on tuning up one's instrument and tuning up one's health. The boutique-style amenity is open 24 hours a day and is Nashville’s most technologically advanced hotel gym featuring primarily “connected fitness” equipment.

A complimentary selection of hydrating beverages such as filtered and fruit-infused water, as well as cold-pressed juices, fresh fruit, and other health-conscious treats will be available daily. For added comfort, guests may enjoy the convenience of moisture-absorbing towels and refreshing chilled cloths. Adjacent to the space, two completely private, gender-neutral restrooms have also been built with individual showers, expansive vanity, and frameless mirrors integrated with LED Lighting.
